10.A. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, discuss and consider the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

10.B. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, consultation with legal counsel regarding issues involving termination of a probationary contract. Pursuant to Sec. 551.129 of the Texas Gov't Code, the consultation may take place by telephonic conference during the course of the meeting. 

10.C. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, deliberations concerning recommended termination of the probationary contract of a teacher at the end of the current contract period.
