3.A. Southwest Foodservice Excellence (SFE) Update and Corresponding Budget.

4. Closed Session.

4.A. Pursuant to Texas Govt. Code 551.074, discuss and consider the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

4.B. Pursuant to Texas Gov't. Code 551.071 and Sec. 551.129, attorney consultation regarding legal issues related to the district's food management contract and it's corresponding budget.

5. Reconvene/Action After Closed Session.

5.A. The board may take appropriate action regarding appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

5.B. The board may take appropriate action regarding the legal issues related to the district's food management contract and it's corresponding budget.
