11.A. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, discuss and consider the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

11.B. Pursuant to Section 551.071 Tex. Gov't. Code Ann.:  Consultation with District's legal counsel regarding legal issues concerning declaring probationary contract of District employee void and options concerning employment or termination of employment. Pursuant to Sec. 551.129 of the Texas Government Code, the consultation may take place by telephonic conference during the course of the meeting.

11.C. Pursuant to Section 551.074 Tex. Gov't. Code Ann.: Discussion regarding declaring probationary contract of District employee void and options concerning employment or termination of employment of a probationary teacher.
