2. Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Closed Session.

3.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.074, discuss and consider the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

3.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.074, discuss and consider the Superintendent's annual evaluation and contract.

4. Reconvene/Action After Closed Session.

4.A. The board may take appropriate action regarding appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

4.B. The Board may take appropriate action regarding the Superintendent's annual evaluation and contract.

5. Adjournment.
