III. Consider and possible action on number of credits for graduation, and how extra curricular activities are counted/weighted towards GPA.

IV. Consider and possible action on certification of unopposed board candidates for 2014 Board of Trustees Election.

V. Consider and possible action on order of cancelation of the school board election scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 10, 2014.

VI. Closed Session.

VI.A. Discuss and consider the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

VI.B. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, discuss and consider the Superintendent's resignation.

VI.C. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, discuss and consider possible appointment of an interim superintendent.

VII. Reconvene/Action After Closed Session.

VII.A. The board may take appropriate action regarding appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

VII.B. The board may take appropriate action regarding the Superintendent's resignation.
