10.B.  Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.074, 551.082 and 551.0821, conduct and deliberate Level III Parent Grievance.

10.C. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.074, discuss and consider personnel recommendations for professional contract renewals.
