III.A. Budget Change for PJH District Priority List (DPL) Funds to Library.

IV.A. Discuss and consider the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

IV.B. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, consultation with legal counsel regarding legal issues pertaining to possible termination of probationary contract employee(s).

IV.C. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, consider and discuss recommendation to terminate probationary contract employee(s) at the end of the 2012-2013 school year.

V. Reconvene/Action After Closed Session.
