III.B. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, consultation with legal counsel regarding legal issues pertaining to possible termination of probationary contract employee(s).

III.C. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, consider and discuss recommendation to terminate probationary contract employee(s) at the end of the 2012-2013 school year.

III.D. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, discuss and consider personnel recommendations for professional contract renewals.

III.E. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, discuss and consider the employment of an elementary principal.

III.F. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, discuss and consider the employment of a high school principal.
