3.A. Conduct and deliberate Level III Parent Grievance. Texas Government Code Sections 551.074 and 551.0821.

3.B. Discuss and consider the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

3.C. Discuss and consider the employment of a Chief Financial Officer.

3.D. Discuss and consider the employment of an Assistant Principal.

4. Reconvene/Action After Closed Session.
