Consideration and approval of an Order authorizing the issuance of Pearsall Independent School District Unlimited Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2011; Entering into an Escrow Agreement, a Bond Purchase Agreement, and a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement; Delegating to certain district Administrative Staff and Officials the authority to approve all final terms of the bonds; and other matters related thereto.

4.A. Pursuant to Section 551.074, Texas Government Code, consider and discuss personnel recommendations for administrative contract renewals.

4.B. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, attorney consultation regarding legal issues related to possible reduction in force, possible termination of probationary contract employees, and possible proposed nonrenewal of term contract employees.
