Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, consultation with the District’s attorney concerning legal issues and procedural issues related to: the investigation of Ted Maple, proposed nonrenewal of term contract of Ted Maple, the selection of counsel to advise the Board at any nonrenewal hearing, and a possible resignation settlement agreement with Ted Maple.

3.B. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, consider and discuss proposed nonrenewal of term contract of Ted Maple.

3.C. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, consider and discuss possible resignation settlement agreement with Ted Maple.
