Contractor - Punch List Items

• Display case roller broken. Needs replaced

• Retention Pond - Drainage concerns. Moore Engineers working with Conservation District to determine required repairs

• Lighting program - Gym. Can the controls be programmed to turn the front/back rows on/off and the left/right side on/off or allow the lights to be dimmable

• Window blind controls - Gym. One blind is broken and not functioning

• Main entry collaborative area light switch -installed but not operational

• Trim and paint duct HVAC duct work - Media, Art/Music rooms

• Bulletin boards that were surfaced nailed need to be replaced.

• Paneling on the reading nooks is cracking or pulling off the wall. Filler material is also cracking and falling out. Can we replace it with wallpaper?

• Finish Sound system install in the gym (monitor speakers)

• Replace dead trees (August - revisit) 

• Cooling tower issues resolved

• Main vestibule thermostat control installation

• Broken reading nook in the media center

• Chem System needs to be operational

• Cage over gym speakers

• Outside water bib (back of the building and court yard) - were these ever fixed?

Description:  Additional costs to the school district:

1. Seven doors that are not compatible with Verkada system and were not included in the original contract. 

2. Three door swipes at Mill Hall Elementary that were not included in the original contract. 

3. Removal of the old camera system was not included in the original contract. This includes more than 400 cameras, wiring, switches, and operating equipment across the district. 

4. Addition of two cameras for the boardroom.  $2,142.60

Currently, awaiting quotes for the additional costs.
