11. 2024-2025 Fiscal Year Excess
Recommended Motion(s):
motion to approve the refund of ___________ and/or the transfer of ____________ to the Capital Reserve Account from the 2024-2025 fiscal year excess of $1,365,138.08 as per Section 9(c) of the UBCTS Articles of Agreement as follows: "Upon completion of
the Annual Local Auditor's Report, refunds of overpayment or payment for
shortfalls will be incorporated into the budget formula for the subsequent
fiscal year based on the same ADM shares upon which the completed
year was budgeted, giving consideration to the amount of fund balance
the Technical School must maintain as noted in 9(A).". This motion, made by Board Member #1 and seconded by Board Member #2, Carried.
