II.A. Call to Order, Roll Call, Establish a Quorum, Open Meeting Verification
Description:
The meeting will be called to order by the Chair. In the absence of the Chair, the meeting will be called to order by one of the members of the Committee.
There are 3 committee members; therefore, at least 2 members must be in attendance to establish a quorum and conduct business. Committee meetings are posted and open to the public in accordance with Open Meeting Laws. |

III.A. Update on Staffing & Hiring for vacant positions
Description:
DA Duffek will update the Committee on recent staffing changes. Current vacancies at NPSD are as follows: Full Time Custodian, 2nd Shift, ERES/St. Germain; Speech Language Pathologist; Guest Teachers; Guest Paraprofessionals; Guest Custodians
Applications for vacancies may be submitted via WECAN. Anyone interested would need to go into WECAN and create your free account; you can then apply for NPSD openings.

III.C. Notice of School Board Election - April 6, 2027

III.D. First Review: 2027-2028 School Calendar
Description:
DA Duffek will present drafts of the 2027-2028 School Calendar to committee members to obtain their feedback. The committee will take the November and December committee meetings to review with hopes of bringing the Board a recommendation for a final vote in December or January.

IV. Closed Session

IV.A. The Personnel Committee will convene in Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c), to 1. discuss the renewal of Administrator and Supervisor Contracts and compensation 2. discuss the issue of a Certified Staff Contract and compensation for the 2026-2027 school year.

V. Reconvene to open session to take such action as is deemed appropriate following consideration given in closed session
