II.A. Call to Order, Roll Call, Establish a Quorum, Open Meeting Verification
Description:
The meeting will be called to order by the Chair. In the absence of the Chair, the meeting will be called to order by one of the members of the Committee.
There are 3 committee members; therefore, at least 2 members must be in attendance to establish a quorum and conduct business. Committee meetings are posted and open to the public in accordance with Open Meeting Laws. |

III.A. Update on Staffing & Hiring for vacant positions
Description:
DA Duffek will update the Committee on recent staffing changes. Current vacancies at NPSD are as follows: Special Education Paraprofessional (Middle & High School), Speech Language Pathologist, Guest Teachers, Guest Paraprofessionals, Guest Custodian, Assistant Boys Basketball Coach (High School), Assistant Baseball Coach (Middle School), Assistant Softball Coach (Middle School), Assistant Football Coach (Middle School), Assistant Volleyball Coach (Middle School), Assistant Softball Coach (High School)
Applications for vacancies may be submitted via WECAN. Anyone interested would need to go into WECAN and create your free account; you can then apply for NPSD openings. |

III.B. Approval of Health Insurance Plan

III.C. Approval of Dental Insurance Renewal
Description:
DA Duffek and Business Manager Fritz are recommending to the Committee to keep our self-funded Dental Insurance and keep the rates the same.

III.D. Approval of Vision Insurance Renewal
Description:
DA Duffek and Business Manager Fritz will make a recommendation to the Committee for the District's Vision Insurance renewal.

III.E. Approval of Life Insurance Renewal
Description:
DA Duffek and Business Manager Fritz will make a recommendation to the Committee for the District's Life Insurance renewal.

III.F. Approval of Long Term Disability Renewal
Description:
DA Duffek and Business Manager Fritz will make a recommendation to the Committee for the District's Long Term Disability renewal.

Stat. 19.85(1)(c), to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, specifically: 1. to consider retirement of certified staff members; 2. to discuss support staff evaluations and related performance
