I. Goals of the Committee
Families & Community: NPSD will use results from a Community Survey, Parent Survey, and Staff Survey to discuss and create long-term goals with the new District Administrator. Facilities & Operations: All Departments at NPSD will have a 5-year budget that starts with the 2025-2026 school year. Facilities & Operations: NPSD will use data to consider long-term impacts of enrollment on budget, staffing, and buildings and will develop action plans to proactively improve the District. |

II. Opening of Meeting

II.A. Call to Order and Roll Call, Establish a Quorum, Open Meeting Verification
Description:
The meeting will be called to order by the Chair. In the absence of the Chair, the meeting will be called to order by one of the members of the Committee.
There are 3 committee members; therefore, at least 2 members must be in attendance to establish a quorum and conduct business. Committee meetings are posted and open to the public in accordance with Open Meeting Laws. |

Description:
Report on Food Service information.

Description:
Business Manager Fritz will report to the Committee on the July Finance Report and the June bank reconciliation, as well as other financials.

III.D. Health Insurance RFP Process
Description:
Business Manager Fritz will explain the process to the Finance Committee.

Building & Grounds Director Bohnen will provide a written maintenance update report to the Committee on projects and items being worked on throughout the district.

Description:
The current goals are located at the top of the agenda. The committee will review and discuss new goals for 2026-2027 school year.
