5.H. Approve Collective Liability Insurance Cooperative (CLIC) Renewal
Description:
TrueNorth, along with over 190 other school districts, is a member of the Collective Liability Insurance Cooperative (CLIC). This cooperative pools resources together to obtain cost-effective and meaningful insurance coverage related to property, casualty, and workers' compensation liability insurance. TrueNorth coverage includes but is not limited to general and auto liability, school board liability, cyber liability, and crisis protection.

5.I. Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) for Enrollment by Non-Member District Student
Description:
TrueNorth Interim Superintendents recommend the approval of formal and individual IGA for non-member district enrollment(s) in TrueNorth programs.

5.J. Approve Annual Early Childhood Partnership Agreements for 2026-27
Description:
TrueNorth partners with community preschools to provide blended half-day and extended-day options as part of our continuum of services. TrueNorth and community preschool staff collaborate to provide high-quality education and special education support to all students. EC sites for 2026-27:

The draft budget was then presented to the Executive Committee on April 29, 2026, where additional feedback was provided. Revisions as directed have since been completed, and the final FY27 budget is now ready for Board review and approval.
