For school years 2023 through 2026, the credits reported reflect credits earned with passing grades.

3.B. BCSD School Boundary Map

Description: Beaver County School District Board of Education will consider renderings of the existing boundaries for each school in the district. This is not a boundary change. In order to define bus routes and provide boundary maps for other state agencies, a boundary map is needed for each school.

Description: Beaver County School District Board of Education is required to approve all purchases greater than $50,000. The district is recommending the board approve Tushar Contracting at a bid of $849,000 for Beaver High School restroom remodel projects.

The following USBA Model Policies were updated by the attorneys given new regulations. These updates are now included in the District Accounting & Finance Policies & Procedures Handbook:

The handbook update also includes an update to Loss of Credit Card privileges on pp9-10 of District Credit Card & High School PCard Programs. This change is due to a significant increase in incidents with employees using district credit cards for personal purchases.
