The administration recommends approval for the Superintendent and/or designee to make electronic funds transfers, sign checks, contracts, agreements, purchase orders, to execute necessary forms and make commitments for the school district to enable them to participate in state and federal programs, grant leaves of absence and accept resignations. A. Building, Grounds and Transportation Committee (To, Edwards, Andes) 1-8-26
The Building, Grounds, Transportation Committee met on January 8 to review the bids received for the John Deere Tractor for the Maintenance Department, as well as being updated on the status of the renovation projects, and updates happenings around the district. *** It is the recommendation to accept and approve the bid from Northland Lawn & Sport, LLC, in the total amount of $38,920.00 for the John Deere Tractor for the Maintenance Department. (ACTION) B. Personnel Committee (Andes, Hall, To) 1-12-26 The Personnel Committee will meet prior to the Board meeting on 1-12-26 to discuss open staff positions and to hear hiring recommendations. *** It is the recommendation to hire Casey Siegler to fill the KHS Assistant Boys and Girls Track Coach position for the 2025-2026 season. (ACTION) It is the recommendation to hire Daunte Fortner to fill the KHS Varsity Boys Tennis Coach position for the 2025-2026 season. (ACTION) |
