Section 24-6-402(4)(a) to discuss the potential sale or lease of District-owned real property located at 401 Howard Street, Brush, Colorado, and pursuant to C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(e) to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop strategy for negotiations, and instruct negotiators concerning a potential sale or lease of that property. No executive session shall be held for the purpose of concealing the fact that a member of the Board has a personal interest in the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of the property. |
