3. Overview of the Meeting
Today’s meeting is a meeting of the Commission and is covered by Public Meeting rules. Persons or groups requesting to appear before the Commission are given a reasonable opportunity to do so upon appropriate notice to TSPC Staff assigned to the committee meeting and with approval of the Chair. Participants who appear at the meeting and wish to speak are requested to enter the request in the Teams Chat feature and indicate the topic to be discussed. Participant input is at the discretion of the Chair. At any time, the Chair may limit the length of presentations or terminate repetitious or immaterial presentations. |
