Public Content:  The Board, after considering Statements of Qualifications submitted in response to the request, has qualified at least three interested construction managers and general contractors to be considered during phase two of the selection process.  K.S.A. 72-1155(d)(4)(A) stipulates that the construction manager at-risk interview be held in executive session.

Public Content:  All other discussion and any action taken in the selection process for the BES Project CMAR shall be held in an open meeting, unless an unusual justification would apply.  Interview scores shall not account for more than 50% of the total possible score.
