   a. The Minutes from the previous Commissioners' Court Meeting and act on any corrections, changes, or approval of said minutes.

   d. Permission for Entry and Waiver of Claims

7. Discuss and take action on an agreement between Milam County and the City of Thorndale regarding a fence between the city stockpiles and the baseball fields (Payne).

8. Review, discuss and take action to proceed with the possibility of attaining grants for a Flood Management Evaluation as proposed by the Texas Water Development Board (Whitmire & Payne).

9. Discuss and take action on a 2024 John Deere Loader from Anderson Machinery for Precinct 4 (Payne).

10. Discuss and take action to approve a Permission for Entry and Waiver of Claims for Jamie Kunkel (Whitmire).

11. Consider and take action to approve an Agreement between Milam County and the City of Rockdale authorizing the Milam County Tax Office to collect Public Improvement District (PID) assessments for the Cornerstone PID, and authorize the County Judge to execute the agreement (Whitmire). 

12. Review, discuss, and take action to pay the bills of Milam County, Texas as presented by the Milam County Auditor's Office.
