8. Discuss and take action on a resolution between Hill Country Community Action Assoc, Inc and Milam County for the Home Delivered Meal Grant Program.

11. Conduct a Public Hearing on the proposed Tax Abatement Agreement between Milam County, Texas and Riot Rockdale, LLC, on a data center proposal located at the Riot Rockdale Reinvestment Zone.

12. Discuss and take action on a Tax Abatement Agreement between Milam County, Texas and Riot Rockdale, LLC, on a data center proposal located at the Riot Rockdale Reinvestment Zone.

13. Discuss and take action on the approval of the Exhibits for the Road Use Agreement between Milam County and Sypert Branch Solar LLC.

17. Discuss and take action on the selection of a realtor to assist the Jail Expansion Committee to locate property for the  county to purchase in the future.

19. Discuss and take action on a resolution supporting legislation to exempt counties from the State Hotel Occupancy Tax.

20. Review, discuss, and take action to pay the bills of Milam County, Texas as presented by the Milam County Auditor's Office.
