1. A quorum will be established, and the meeting of the Milam County Commissioners' Court will be called to order.

3. Pledge to the American Flag and the Texas Flag.

4. Comments from the Public (limited to five minutes per person and 30 minutes per topic).

5. Consider and take action on the Consent Agenda:
   a. The Minutes from the previous Commissioners' Court Meeting and act on any corrections, changes, or approval of said minutes.
   b. Certificates of Completion.
   c. Treasurer's Report.

7. Discuss and possibly take action on the selection of a realtor to assist the Jail Expansion Committee to locate property for the county to purchase for future use.

8. Discuss and take action on approval of a First Addendum to the Tax Abatement Agreement with Milam County DC, LLC.

9. Conduct a public hearing on the matter of the proposed designation of certain property in unincorporated Milam County as a Reinvestment Zone under Subchapter C, Chapter 312 of the Texas Property Tax Code. This designation would allow for tax abatement agreements to be entered into by the County with owners of property within the Reinvestment Zone. The Zone would be designated as the Riot Rockdale Reinvestment zone.

10. Discuss, consider and take action on the creation and designation of the County Reinvestment Zone made the subject of the public hearing as the Riot Rockdale Reinvestment Zone.

11. Conduct a public hearing on Milam County’s intent to enter into a Tax Abatement Agreement with Riot Rockdale, LLC. relating to construction and installation of data center(s).

12. Discuss and possibly take action on approval of a Tax Abatement Agreement between Milam County, Texas and Riot Rockdale, LLC.

13. Discuss and take action on the approval of the Exhibits for the Road Use Agreement between Milam County and Sypert Branch Solar LLC.

14. Discuss and take action on a Variance Request in regard to a property located at 323 CR 311, Rockdale, Texas.

15. Review, discuss and take action to approve the updated Radio System Agreement between Milam County and the City of Cameron.

16. Discuss and take action on the setting of the Holiday Calendar for 2026.

17. Discuss and take action on the approval of the 2026 Commissioners Court Schedule. 

18. Selection of the three positions to the Post Oak Savannah Groundwater Conservation District Board of Directors.

19. Review, discuss, and take action to pay the bills of Milam County, Texas as presented by the Milam County Auditor's Office.
