9. Discuss and possibly take action on the selecton of a realtor to assist the Jail Expansion Committee to locate property for the county to purchase for future use.

10. Discuss and take action on a quote from LGS to allow integration of the jail management database into the LGS court management database.

11. Discuss and take action on an interlocal agreement between the City of Thorndale and Milam County Precinct 4.

12. Discuss and take action on an Amendment to the Ordinance Prohibiting the Solid Waste Disposal in Milam County, Texas.

13. Discuss and take action on a Utility Installation request by the Salem Elm Ridge WSC for a water line within the ROW of CR 202.

14. Public Hearing on the placement of "No Thru Truck Traffic" signs on CR 420, and 30 MPH Speed Limit Signs on CR 420.
