14. Review, Discuss, and take action on a Memorandum of Understanding between the Milam County ISDs and Milam County (Thorndale ISD's MOU attached as an example).

24. Review, discuss, and take action to pay the bills of Milam County, Texas as presented by the Milam County Auditor's Office.
