8. A 2024 Summary of activities for the Milam county Historical Commission as presented by Holly Jentsch.

9. Presentation of the Distinguished Service Award to the Milam County Historical Commission,

10. Discuss and take action as determined necessary to handle the damage to county roads caused by activities surrounding the use of various gravel pits throughout Milam County.

11. Discuss and take action on a Resolution to request that TX-DOT conduct a study to change the speed limit on FM-908 northwest of Rockdale.

12. Discuss and take action on a variance as proposed by Troy Mode on property located at 2206 County Road 139, Cameron, Texas.

13. Public hearing on the matter of the proposed designation of certain property in unincorporated Milam County as a Reinvestment Zone under Subchapter C, Chapter 312 of the Texas Property Tax Code. This designation would allow for tax abatement agreements to be entered into by the County with owners of property within the Reinvestment Zone. The Zone would be designated as the Twin Oaks Solar, LLC (Burgos Project) Reinvestment Zone.

14. Discussion, consideration, and take action on the Amended Reinvestment Zone made the subject of the public hearing as Twin Oaks Solar, LLC (Burgos Project) Reinvestment Zone.

15. Public hearing on the matter of a First Amended Tax Abatement Agreement to be entered into by the County with Twin Oaks Solar, LLC (fka Karol Solar II, LLC).

16. Discuss and take action on a First Amended Tax Abatement Agreement to be entered into by Milam County and Twin Oaks Solar, LLC (fka Karol Solar II, LLC).

17. Discuss and possibly take action on the development plan for Hollow Branch Subdivision.

18. Discuss and take action on the approval of the preliminary plat for the YT Ranch Subdivision as presented by La Tierra Realty.

20. Discuss and take action to approve the addition of lot sizes to the On-Site Septic Facilities Rules for the County.
