8. Discuss and take action on a Resolution in regard to the Support Immediate Federal Action to combat the threat of the New World Screwworm Fly and the local economy.

9. Discuss and take action on a Resolution between Milam County, Texas, and the City of Rockdale, Texas, Ratifying an Interlocal Agreement to enhance the City of Rockdale's law enforcement capabilities by obtaining additional law enforcement services from the Milam County Sheriff's Office.

15. Public hearing on the matter of the proposed designation of certain property in unincorporated Milam County as a Reinvestment Zone under Subchapter C, Chapter 312 of the Texas Property Tax Code. This designation would allow for tax abatement agreements to be entered into by the County with owners of property within the Reinvestment Zone. The Zone would be designated as the SE DC DEVCO, LLC Reinvestment Zone.

16. Discussion, consideration and action on the creation and designation of the County Reinvestment Zone made the subject of the public hearing as the SE DC DEVCO, LLC Reinvestment Zone.

17. Public hearing on the matter of the proposed designation of certain property in unincorporated Milam County as a Reinvestment Zone under Subchapter C, Chapter 312 of the Texas Property Tax Code.
