1. A quorum will be established, and the meeting of the Milam County Commissioners' Court will be called to order.

   a. The Minutes from the previous Commissioners' Court Meeting and act on any corrections, changes, or approval of said minutes.
   b. Certificates of Completion.

7. Discuss and take action on a Bond for Kimberly McElwrath.

8. Discuss and take action on a Resolution in regard to the Support Immediate Federal Action to combat the threat of the New World Screwworm Fly and the local economy.

9. Discuss and take action on a Resolution between Milam County, Texas, and the City of Rockdale, Texas, Ratifying an Interlocal Agreement to enhance the City of Rockdale's law enforcement capabilities by obtaining additional law enforcement services from the Milam County Sheriff's Office.

10. Discuss and take action on a variance for Tomm Owens located at 4398 FM 3242, Cameron, Texas.

11. Discuss and take action on a variance for Georgia Gardner located at 2258 CR 412, Rockdale, Texas.

15. Public hearing on the matter of the proposed designation of certain property in unincorporated Milam County as a Reinvestment Zone under Subchapter C, Chapter 312 of the Texas Property Tax Code. This designation would allow for tax abatement agreements to be entered into by the County with owners of property within the Reinvestment Zone. The Zone would be designated as the SE DC DEVCO, LLC Reinvestment Zone.

16. Discussion, consideration and action on the creation and designation of the County Reinvestment Zone made the subject of the public hearing as the SE DC DEVCO, LLC Reinvestment Zone.

17. Public hearing on the matter of the proposed designation of certain property in unincorporated Milam County as a Reinvestment Zone under Subchapter C, Chapter 312 of the Texas Property Tax Code. This designation would allow for tax abatement agreements to be entered into by the County with owners of property within the Reinvestment Zone. The Zone would be designated as T1 Energy Reinvestment Zone No. 1.

18. Discussion, consideration and action on the creation and designation of the County Reinvestment Zone made the subject of the public hearing as T1 Energy Reinvestment Zone No. 1.

19. Hold a public hearing on Milam County’s intent to enter into a Tax Abatement Agreement with T1 Energy, Inc. relating to solar cell production facilities and equipment.

20. Discussion and possible action on approval of Tax Abatement Agreement between Milam County, Texas and T1 Energy, Inc.

21. Discussion and possible action on Order Adopting Economic Development Program under Section 381.004 of the Texas Local Government Code.
