7. Public Hearing in regard to the Mass Gathering Permit Application as filed by Catalyst Collective for the Burning Flipside event to be held from April 24th through April 27th of 2025 at the Apache Pass Event Center.

15. Discuss and take action on a Utility Installation Permit request from Southwest Milam Water Supply for a proposed road bore on Inwood at the Glendale intersection for a line upgrade to provide new service.

16. Discuss and take action on a Variance Application from Sypert Branch Solar LLC on CR 104.

17. Discuss and take action to approve an amendment to the LGS contract to provide two full licenses for Brian Price and Brandon Dakroub.

18. Review, discuss, and take action to pay the bills of Milam County, Texas as presented by the Milam County Auditor's Office.
