The board requests that concerns, positive or negative, be courteous and respectful. I would like to remind the audience and the viewers the comments of the speakers reflect their own positions or opinions. The board shall not tolerate any disruption of the meeting by the audience. The board may not act upon or discuss any matter not listed in the agenda's action portion on the agenda.
