Minutes become official when approved by the Board of Trustees. Financial reports for the previous month are presented. V.A. Consent Agenda V.A.1. Minutes of Previous Meeting(s) The following minutes are provided for review:
V.B. Consider exempting dual credit courses from the no pass/no play requirements. V.C. Consider approval of the 2025-2026 amended budget. V.D. Consider approval of the 2026-2027 proposed budget. V.E. Consider approval of the 2026-2027 proposed M&O tax rate. V.F. Consider approval of the 2026-2027 proposed I&S tax rate. The proposed rate to pay the debt service of $0.333246 per $100 exceeds the district's debt service rate determined under Texas Education Code section 44.004(c)(5)(A)(ii)(b) of $0.0000 by $0.333246. The excess revenue collected from the proposed rate will be used for additional debt costs covering the sale of the final $2,000,000 in construction bonds. V.G. Consider the proposed property tax rate of $1.088446, which is effectively a 1.91 percent increase in tax rate. V.H. Consider approval of the Walsh Gallegos Retainer program membership. |
