**Emergency Supplemental Agenda Item**

1. Consider and take possible action on selection of HVAC replacement / repair vendor for HVAC system at Inspired Vision Academy Early Education Center

2. Consider and take possible action on resolution declaring emergency exception to procurement requirements.

An emergency or an urgent public necessity exists requiring immediate action of the Board of Directors because of an imminent threat to public health and safety caused by failures in an HVAC system which have been exacerbated by recent freezing temperatures and anticipated low overnight temperatures in the coming weeks, which are resulting in low temperatures in the cafeteria portion of the Inspired Vision Academy Early Education Center. This necessitates immediate action of the board and qualifies for supplementation of the meeting notice under section 551.045 of the Open Meetings Act.
