Description:
The superintendent recommends approving the Resolution Appointing Election Judges For The May 13, 2025 School District Special Election.

8. Accept Health Insurance Bid
Description:
MS 471.6161 requires school districts to solicit bids for health insurance every two years. Cedar Mountain last accepted bids in the spring of 2023. Our policy expires June 30, 2025. Bids were solicited with the assistance of our agent Carli Bothun, Celtic Insurance Services and Mariah Pietig. Bids were opened on April 3. Representatives of Ed MN Cedar Mountain were included throughout the process. (AFSCME representatives were invited.) The bid summaries are attached.
The committee (and the superintendent) recommend continuing coverage with MHC/SWWC (Medica) through June 30, 2027. The 3750-0% plan and the 5000-20% plan will be offered beginning July 1, 2025. |

9. Lawn Care Bids
Description:
The superintendent recommends accepting the bid from B&L Lawn and Snow. Bids for lawn care services were due April 1st and shown below:

10. FY 2025 Revised Budgets
Description:
The superintendent recommends approving the Revised FY 25 Budgets. The unassigned general fund is deficit spending $99,551 to an ending fund balance of $2,297,687.

Description:
The superintendent recommends approving the Preliminary FY 26 Budgets. The unassigned general fund is projected to deficit spend $108,130 to an ending fund balance of $2,188,557.
