7.a. Hear and Consider Presentation from BSGM on the 2023-2024 Financial Audit

7.c. Deliberation and consideration of responses of the potential CMAR firms that responded to the District’s RFP to provide Construction Manager at Risk services related to the District’s 2026 Softball Field Construction Project;

7.d. Deliberation and possible action to adopt a resolution that accomplishes the following:

(1) ranks construction firms that responded to RFP for construction manager-at risk services and made presentations to the Board of Trustees regarding District’s 2026 Softball Field Construction Project;

(2) authorizes the superintendent to negotiate a contract with the ranked construction firms in accordance with Texas Government Code 2269.254; and

(3) authorizes the superintendent to take other action relating thereto.

7.e. Consideration and Possible Action on Committee Members for the Student Health Advisory Committee (SHAC) for the 2026-2027 School Year

7.f. Deliberation and possible action to approve resolution, extending Depository Contract for Funds of School Districts Under Texas Education Code, Chapter 45, Subchatper G, School District Depositories

7.g. Deliberation and possible action to adopt a Board resolution that accomplishes the following: 

(1) identifies the highest qualified bidder in response to the District’s Invitation for Bids dated September 6, 2026, for the District’s public sale of the tract of surplus real property and improvements commonly known as 201 Walnut Street, Ropesville, Texas, and more particularly described as follows: All of Lots Numbers Eight (8) and Nine (9) of the Nabours Subdivision out of Block Number Seven (7) of the Evans Addition to the Town of Ropesville, Hockley County, Texas; and
 
(2) authorizes the Superintendent and/or Board President to take any and all action necessary to consummate the conveyance of the Property by Warranty Deed and to prepare, execute, and file all documents necessary to carryout the conveyance of the Property to such identified highest qualified bidder.
