4.a. Deliberation on ranking, in accordance with Texas Government Code 2269.253(g), Construction Manager at-Risk firms that responded to RFQ/RFP 2026-001 for the provision of construction manager at-risk services to the District for some or all of the Bond Projects approved by Ropes ISD voters at its November 2025 Bond election.

4.b. Possible action to adopt a resolution that accomplishes the following:  (1) ranks the Construction Manger at-Risk (“CMAR”) firms that responding to RFQ/RFP 2026-001 for the provision of construction manager at-risk services to the District for some or all of the Bond Projects approved by Ropes ISD voters at its November 2025 Bond election; (2) authorizes the superintendent, with the assistance of legal counsel, to negotiate a satisfactory contract with ranked CMAR firms in accordance with the procedures set forth in Texas Government Code 2269.254; and (3) authorizes the superintendent to take any and all action necessary to carry out the purposes of the Board as described in the resolution.
