6.f. Deliberation and possible action to adopt a Board Resolution that accomplishes the following:
(1)Declares the following tract of real property that is presently owned by the District to be surplus property: The tract and improvements thereon located at 201 Walnut Street, in the City of Ropesville, County of Hockley, more particularly described as follows: All of Lots Numbers Eight (8) and Nine (9) of the Nabours Subdivision out of Block Number Seven (7) of the Evans Addition to the Town of Ropesville, Hockley County, Texas; (2) Authorizes the Superintendent or Board President to offer such surplus property available for purchase to the highest responsible bidder in accordance with the procedures set forth in state law for the notice, bidding, and sale of such property; and (3) Authorizes the Superintendent or Board President to prepare, execute, and file all documents necessary to carry out the conveyance of such surplus property to the highest and best qualified bidder subject to the conditions stated therein. |

6.g. Deliberation and possible action to evaluate the qualifications of construction manager at-risk (CMAR) firms that have responded to the District’s RFQ/RFP 2026-001 for CMAR services related to the construction of the District’s voter-approved 2025 Bond Projects and to select one or more of such CMAR firms to advance to step two of the selection process in accordance with Texas Government Code § 2269.253.
