Consider and take possible action to adopt a Resolution regarding emergency repairs to District property due to flooding and water damage, delegating authority to the Superintendent to procure, negotiate and contract for goods and services that are required to make repairs to the District facilities; specifically authorizing the use of emergency procurement of construction  services, and authorizing the Superintendent to negotiate and execute an Agreement for Construction Services, Remediation Services, and/or any professional services such as Engineering and Architectural Services needed to provide the repairs and remediation necessary to safeguard the District’s facilities and immediately required to avoid further and future damage to the District’s Facilities.

III.A.2. Consider Superintendent Spending Authority for Emergency Repairs to Bradford Elementary School due to Flooding and Water Damage.
