6. Discuss and Consider approval of Walsh Gallegos Retainer Renewal

7. Consideration and possible action to approve an Order of Election for General Trustee Election and Special Election to be held November 5, 2024. Motion: I move to approve an Order of Election for a General Trustee Election and a Special Election to be held November 5, 2024, as presented. I further move to authorize the Administration to take such steps as are necessary to ensure the conduct of such elections. 

8. Consideration and possible action on additions and deletions to the authorized signers for Gustine ISD banking accounts. Motions: I move to add Kelly W West, Superintendent and remove Patti Blue, Kenneth Braim, and Angel N. Escamilla from the First National Bank's Gustine ISD General Account and Student Activity Fund Account.

9. Consider and Take possible action to adopt a resolution to recognize the Comanche County Texas 4-H Organization as eligible for extracurricular status at Gustine ISD and to name Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Service employees Michael Berry and Amanda DeAx as Adjunct members of Gustine ISD.
