Consider and approve an Authorizing Resolution of the Lewis County Board of Education approving and authorizing the execution and delivery of a Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract with Energy Systems Group, LLC, with an aggregate contract price of $2,088,111, and approving and authorizing other matters related thereto.  

VI. Consider and approve an Authorizing Resolution of the Lewis County Board of Education, approving and authorizing the execution and delivery of a Master Lease Agreement and the incurrence of lease obligations in connection therewith a maximum principal amount not to exceed $2,088,111, authorizing the execution and delivery of any and all agreements, certificates and other documents in connection with the lease obligations; approving and designating bond counsel for the financing; and authorizing the taking of any and all other actions necessary to the completing of the financing and the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the Master Lease Agreement. 

VII. Consider and approve the purchase of two Blue Bird 77 passenger buses from Blue Bird Sales of West Virginia for $308,372. 

VIII. Consider and approve the purchase of Transportation Department Software from Tyler Technologies for $114,881 upfront and then $18,484 annually. This includes routing software, gaps, ridership software, student ID's, and will also replace Fleetsoft for the mechanics. 

IX. Consider and approve the District Memorandum of Agreement with Communities In Schools (CIS) for the 2025-2026 school year.
