IX. Consider and approve the Memorandum of Understanding between Benchmark Conference Centers of West Virginia, LLC (Stonewall Resort) and the Lewis County Board of Education, for the use of their facilities for middle school golf. The Memorandum of Understanding shall be effective for one (1) year, March 2025 through March 2026, and shall automatically renew for a maximum of five (5) additional one (1) year terms unless one of the Parties provides the other written notice of its intent not to renew at least thirty (30) days prior to such renewal. Both parties can cancel the MOU with 30 days written notice during the MOU period.

XIII. Consider and approve agreement between West Virginia Wesleyan College, School of Nursing, and the Lewis County Board of Education for nursing student clinical experience, April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026, and shall automatically renew for additional terms of one year each unless one party provides the other party at least four (4) months notice in writing by four months prior to start date/month of the start date/month to end date/month year.
