X. Consider and approve the Memorandum of Understanding between Benchmark Conference Centers of West Virginia, LLC (Stonewall Resort) and the Lewis County Board of Education, for use of their facilities for golf, tennis and cross-country. The Memorandum of Understanding shall be effective for one (1) year, March 2025 through March 2026, and shall automatically renew for a maximum of five (5) additional one (1) year terms unless one of the Parties provides the other written notice of its intent not to renew at least thirty (30) days prior to such renewal. Both parties can cancel the MOU with 30 days written notice during the MOU period.
