1. Public communications and comments

2. Discuss possible resignation of Director, and if timely and appropriate, consider adoption of an Order Appointing Director, confirm receipt of Statement of Officer form and administer Oath of Office and reelect officers

3. Review and approve Minutes of April 20, 2022 Meeting

4. Update with regard to Resolution Establishing Policy Governing Rules of Procedure and Recovery of Costs for Inspection and Copying of Public Information, and discuss and authorize any additional items, as may be necessary, with respect thereto

5. Update from Executive Director and developer with regard to development related matters and District business

6. Adjourn to Executive Session to consult with attorney regarding pending litigation matters, contemplated litigation matters, and other legal matters relating to agenda items in accordance with Texas Government Code § 551.071

7. If necessary, reopen meeting and take any necessary action with regard to matters discussed in Executive Session

8. If timely, consider and approve a Resolution to Negotiate and Execute an Agreement with a Private 501(c)(3) Non-Profit

9. Discussion with respect to a proposed addition of lands, and if timely, confirm City Consent to such addition, consider acceptance of a Petition or Petitions for Addition of Lands, review engineer’s report in support of such addition(s), review and approve an Order Adding Lands and Redefining Boundaries, and authorize recording and filing of certain documents with the Travis County Clerk and the TCEQ as well as with the Travis Central Appraisal District

10. Consider and adopt an Amended Order Adopting an Investment Policy and Appointing an Investment Officer

11. Review and approve Cash Activity Report and related payments, authorize the opening of any new accounts, approve any necessary fund transfers, and take further action with regard to any additional reporting or budget related matters

12. Discuss Section 2054.5191 of the Texas Government Code regarding annual cybersecurity training requirements for the Board to complete and recommended course detail

13. Discuss and confirm annual renewal of insurance and bonds

14. Discuss and confirm any tentative or proposed next meeting dates

15. Adjournment
