Find attached a Conflict of Interest Declaration that needs to be signed by every board member. You can print this ahead of time and bring it with you, signed. Or, if not able to print, we will have blank copies at the meeting that you can sign and turn in.
If you aren't going to be able to attend the first board meeting, please print, sign, and email it back to Erin Breakie so that we can still have it on file. |

Description:
1. Stage Band to Collegedale Academy for Jazz Fest 2025
October 30-November 2, 2025 Number of students: 19; number of chaperoned: 6-7 Cost per Student: Will only need money for food Lodging: Home Stays Will leave after school on Thursday, October 30, and will return Sunday afternoon, November 2. 2. High School Robotics Tournament at Forest Lake Academy April 10-13, 2026 Number of students: 10-15; number of chaperones: 3 Cost per Student: none (Their club dues will cover the costs for the tournament. No extra money will be required.) Lodging: Airbnb Will leave first thing Friday morning, April 10, and will return Monday afternoon, April 13, before the end of the school day. 3. Gymnastics Team going to ACRO Fest at Southern Adventist University November 12-16, 2025 Number of students: 25; number of chaperones: Cost per student: $175, includes food. lodging and ACRO fees Will leave after school on Wednesday, November 12, and return on Sunday, November 16, around 3:00pm. |
