4.D. Discussion and consideration of revisions to Prairie Lea ISD Employment Practices and procedures in Local Policy DC.

4.E. Consideration and possible action to cast Prairie Lea ISD’s allotted votes for candidates to the Caldwell County Appraisal District Board of Directors for the 2026–2027 term.
 

4.F. Consideration and possible action to cast Prairie Lea ISD’s allotted votes for candidates to the Guadalupe County Appraisal District Board of Directors for the 2026–2027 term.

4.G. Move to approve a Design-Build Contract with Performance Services, Inc. for the implementation of the 2025 Bond Projects and authorize the CFO or designee to execute all necessary documents as presented.

4.H. Discussion and approval of the purchase of a Toyota Sienna Passenger Van from TASB Buy-Board.  With the purchase price to be reimbursed from bond proceeds.

4.I. Change 2025-2026 school calendar dates for Good Friday and Easter Monday to coincide with official holiday dates.  Dates will be changed from April 17, 2026 and April 20, 2026 to April 3, 2026 and April 6, 2026.

4.J. Notice is hereby given that a school board election will be held in Prairie Lea ISD on Saturday, May 2, 2026.

• First day to file for place on the ballot: Wednesday, January 14, 2026. 

• Last day to file for place on the ballot: Friday, February 13, 2026, by 5:00 p.m.

4.K. Discussion and approval of establishing a Prairie Lea ISD DAEP campus.  

4.L. Discussion and approval for charging admission to Prairie Lea ISD home district basketball games at the rates of $5 for adults and $3 for students.  These rates were set by the district UIL committee.  Prairie Lea athletes will be exempt from paying admission.
