Discuss and consider approval authorizing the Superintendent/Administration to negotiate with a Cooperative Vendor/Contractor for installation of Audio-Visual Equipment for the New Davis Gym/Elementary School Gym.
Discuss and consider approval on purchases over $10,000.00
Discuss and consider approval on purchases over $50,000.00

E.   Closed Session: Personnel (Tex. Gov’t Code 551.074) and Consultation with Attorney (Tex.
      Gov’t Code 551.071): To deliberate appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment,
      resignation, duties, discipline or dismissal of an employee and Legal Consultation with an
     Attorney regarding confidential attorney-client advice, purchases, exchange, lease, or value of
     real property. (Section 551.076) - To consider deployment on specific occasions for
     implementation, or security personnel or devices. Deliberate the employment of personnel
     subject to assignment and contingent upon the completion of needed hours, proof of required
