Recommended Motion: It is recommended that the Governing Board approve the Memorandum of Understanding regarding additional paid holidays for the 2024-2025 school year for Support Staff between the Governing Board of Niles Township District for Special Education and the Niles Township Federation of Special Education Educators and Support Staff, as presented and recommended by the Executive Director. 10. CLOSED SESSION

However, a meeting to consider an increase in compensation to a specific employee of a public body that is subject to the Local Government Wage Increase Transparency Act may not be closed and shall be open to the public and posted and held in accordance with this Act. 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1). |
