School Board President Wyman will ask for a Motion to go into a Closed Executive Session pursuant to Section 10-15-1(H)(5) NMSA 1978 for the purpose of discussing collective bargaining strategy and negotiations with the Los Alamos Federation of School Employees, And, Pursuant to Section 10-15-1(H)(8) NMSA 1978 to discuss the purchase, acquisition, or disposal of real property, And, Pursuant to Section 10-15-1(H)(2) NMSA 1978 to discuss limited Personnel Matters so that the Board can discuss and consult with legal counsel regarding Superintendent performance and evaluative matters. |
