VIII. Approve Employee Extended Leave
Description:
Employee Kaitlyn Davis is scheduled to go on maternity leave on September 29 and is requesting extended sick leave. She will remain paid a daily rate with the cost of a substitute subtracted.

Description:
The only changes from last year would be the changing of Hedley mayor, changing the Supt. to Larry Jeffers and changing the Reunification Site as First Baptist Church.

XII. Discuss Dispensation of Hedley Housing
Description:
Does the board want to look into selling or renting the property? In order to sell the board must declare surplus property, advertise it, and go through the bid process. Property does not necessarily have to meet appraisal value. This is not an action item at this time.
