A RESOLUTION authorizing the issuance of Three Way Independent School District Maintenance Tax Note, Taxable Series 2026; Providing for the payment of such maintenance note; specifying the terms and features of said maintenance note; and resolving other matters incident and related to the issuance, sale, payment, and delivery of said maintenance note.
 

V.2. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve SY 25/26 Interlocal Agreement with Region 10 Education Service Center for membership in their Multi-Region Purchasing Cooperative.
 

V.3. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to adopt Resolution regarding Senate Bill 11, Period of Prayer and Reading of the Bible or other Religious text.
